Your First Spin Session, Step by Step
The moment nothing appears in your account, this sequence shows which step failed.
The Bonus Box
At the cashier, type PIXELLIONONE or PIXELLIONTWO in the bonus box before paying in, then watch for the 191 or 80 spins to land.
Minimum and Method
Pay in at least A$14 for the first step or A$20 for the second, and skip Skrill and Neteller, which the offer does not count.
The Spin Counter Check
Open Sugar Rush by Pragmatic Play and check the spin counter inside the game, because the spins only run on that slot and nowhere else.
While the Wager Runs
Once winnings land as bonus money, play them through 34 times, keep every bet under A$7, and finish inside the days the offer allows.
Spins Not Showing
Common Reasons for Absent Spins
You will have checked the likely reasons your spins vanished and know what to fix first.
Unclaimed in the Bonus Tab
Until you open the bonus section and claim the offer, the rounds stay invisible; log in, find the entry and confirm it there.
Below A$14 Buys Nothing
Slotexo releases spins only once the deposit clears the offer minimum, so A$14 keeps you short of the welcome step and A$20 for the second.
Refreshed Page, Visible Spins
Claiming does nothing on its own if the game stays open; the page has to be closed and started again so the rounds load into the slot.
The Wrong Game Screen
Rounds only show inside the slot named in the offer, so loading a different title hides them completely until you switch back.
When the Spins Land
Stuck on a Spin Rule?
The moment a spin rule seems vague, these short answers settle it before you claim.
trustWhy bother with free spins and welcome spins both?+
Yes, they sit side by side. The 40 spins on Lucky Lady Moon need no payment, while the 271 welcome spins come with a deposit. Claiming the free route does not cancel your welcome bonus, so take both if you want them.
trustDo I need to change the spin stake anywhere?+
No, the value is locked. Each spin runs at 0.10 or 0.20 depending on the offer, on the one named slot only. Nothing in the cashier or in play lets you raise or lower that stake.
trustWhat happens when my Lucky Lady Moon winnings pass the cap?+
When the bonus terms set a ceiling, anything above A$75 from the no-deposit spins is removed at withdrawal. The cap exists because those 40 spins cost you nothing. Winnings from paid offers carry no such ceiling.
trustDo I need anything else before cashing out spin winnings?+
No extra step beyond wagering and verification. Clear the wagering on the bonus winnings, send your proof of identity, address and payment method, then request a payout. Minimum withdrawal is A$39.
trustWhen does a licence matter to an Australian player?+
When you sign up, the site runs under the Malta Gaming Authority, license MGA/B2C/934/2014, held by Slotexo Casino Ltd. That licence covers the spins, the bonus terms and the payouts you receive. Complaints route through the regulator if support cannot resolve them.
trustCan I use my spins on the mobile app too?+
Yes, spins work on a phone browser and in the app. The app hands out 25 spins on Juicy Fruits for installing it, and the mobile site keeps the same slot list. Both log in with your email address.
Should Spins Decide How Long You Play?
Free spins never oblige you to keep playing or to add money. Set deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, self-exclusion or reality checks in your account, and reach Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia or BetStop if play stops feeling like a choice.
Self-Exclusion. This closes your account for a chosen stretch, or permanently, and blocks login across every state register.
Time-Out. This pauses your account for a set number of days while your balance stays untouched.
Loss Limits. This caps what you can spend or lose over a day, week or month before the account stops you.
