Your Phone Blocks the File? Slotexo Casino Walks You Through
The whole install, including that permission warning your phone throws up
A Full 72 MB Transfer
Tap the download button on this page and keep the phone on a steady connection until the 72 MB file finishes. Stay on the screen so you see the progress bar complete.
The Moment Your Phone Warns You
Your phone will say the browser is not allowed to install apps. Open the prompt, allow it for that one browser, and mind that it covers only the source you chose.
Slotexo Casino Lands on Your Screen
Slotexo Casino opens from the downloaded file once you tap install and wait a few seconds. Look for the app icon on your home screen before you close anything.
Forgotten Your Password Already?
Sign in with your email address and the password you set at registration, because the app shares one account with the browser. A forgotten password is reset by link to that same email.
Get Back to Your Games
Your First Five Minutes With a Stuck Install
Worth a look the moment a download stalls, a phone says no, or a login bounces back.
No Version for My Handset
Most often the phone's system is older than Android 8.0 or iOS 14, so the store hides the listing; the version number in Settings tells you straight away.
Check the system version in phone settings
Use the web app until you upgrade
Slotexo Casino Files and a Phone Warning
Android protects you from files outside the store, so an install screen can halt until you allow that one source; a grey Install button is the usual sign.
Allow installs from the named source once
Turn the setting back off afterwards
Email or Password Rejected
Usually a mistyped email address or an old password saved in the phone; the screen returns to the form instead of opening your balance.
Request a reset link to your registered email
Switch off autofill and try once more
Stuck Midway Through an Update
An update needs free space and a steady connection, so a full handset leaves the progress bar frozen near the start.

Four Steps to iPhone
Setting Up on iPhone or iPad Today
Same login, same balance and same games as the browser, done the Slotexo Casino way
Searching on the App Store
Open the App Store on the iPhone or iPad and look up the Slotexo Casino app before you tap anything. Check that the developer name matches the one on this page.
Install and Approve
Tap get and let iOS 14 or newer handle the 72 MB download over Wi-Fi if you can. Approve the install prompt with your usual Apple ID confirmation.
Adding It from Safari
No store needed: open the casino in Safari and use the share menu to add it to your Home Screen. It opens full screen like an app, with nothing stored on the phone.
Your Existing Login Works
Use the email address and password you already have, since the iPhone app reads the same account as the browser. Only one account is allowed per player, so do not make a second one.
Slotexo Casino Carries Your Limits Into the App
Tap deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, self-exclusion and reality checks inside the app and they hold across every device you sign in on. Round-the-clock live chat, email and phone support can point you to help, and Gambling Help Online, Lifeline Australia and BetStop National Self-Exclusion Register sit outside the account whenever you want them.
Deposit limits. Fix a ceiling on what you pay in and the app slows you down before you pass it.
Self-exclusion. Close your account for a chosen stretch and the app keeps that pause in place on every device.
Loss limits. Choose a loss ceiling or a session timer so the app reminds you when the play should stop.
Casino Site or Store. Pull the Android file only from the Slotexo Casino site or Google Play, and the iPhone version only from the App Store. Skip files that reach you through a message or a random page.
Your Data, Locked. Every session in the app runs under 256-bit AES encryption. Details you send, including payment method confirmation, travel scrambled rather than readable.
That Permissions Screen. A normal install asks for storage for the 72 MB download and a one-time permission to install from that source. No legitimate build needs your contacts or your messages.
Licence in Plain Sight. Slotexo Casino Ltd. trades under the Malta Gaming Authority, licence MGA/B2C/934/2014. Compare that number with the listing before you trust a file.

Slotexo Casino Reminders That Matter

Straight answers, no runaround
You have installed it, now what
Clears up the small worries that hold players back from finishing the install.
trustWhy do I keep the same login in the app?+
Because one login covers all three, you never start fresh when you move between phone and laptop. Sign in with the email address tied to your profile and your balance, saved games and history follow you across. Only one account per player is permitted, so keep using the one you already have.
trustWhere do I find the app for tablets?+
Where screen size is concerned, the iPad and most modern tablets run the iPhone app comfortably, since it needs iOS 14 or later. Android slates follow the same rule as phones and want 8.0 or newer. A quick check of your software version settles it before you begin.
trustCan I turn off the notifications?+
Can I mute the pings without losing anything? Yes. Turn notifications off inside your phone's settings for the app and nothing else changes, so your balance and games stay put. Session reminders are also adjustable from the responsible gaming area whenever you want them back.
trustCan I confirm the licence behind this app?+
Can I check who supervises the brand? Yes. Slotexo Casino Ltd. holds licence MGA/B2C/934/2014 from the Malta Gaming Authority, and the company number C-81309 (Malta) sits alongside it. Both are worth reading before you install anything.
trustWhat if the download costs me money?+
What if there is a charge I missed? There is not. The Slotexo Casino app costs nothing on Android, on iPhone and in the browser version, and play begins from A$14. You only ever spend what you choose to deposit, and your balance sits in AUD.
trustWhat if the APK is not safe?+
What if the file came from somewhere unexpected? Then delete it and start again from the source named in the spec table. A genuine file carries 256-bit AES encryption and matches the Android version 4.8.2 listed here, so anything else is not worth the risk.
trustDo I need a new sign-up for the app offer?+
Do I need to sign up again to pick up the welcome deal? No. Claim it once on your account and the same offer follows you into the app, the browser and the Home Screen version. Check the terms in your cashier before you play through it.
